Hi,Guys there is a most demanding question in Group so here is the solution

First and most important question which recovery are you using SO here we go

First of all you need to download the file or zip so here is link and then click to download rom If You have the Zip file then don't Download the file

*For TWRP Recovery
1. Go to recovery
2. Go to Wipe section and then advance Wipe
3. Select cache , dalvik cache , data , system and then wipe it
4. (Most important step) Go back and reboot into recovery once again 
5. Then GO to install and select the file 

*For Philz Recovery
1. Go to recovery
2. Go to Wipe section and then advance Wipe
3. Select cache , dalvik cache , data , system and wipe it or you can select the Clean for new rom option
4. Then GO to install and select the file

How To root MOTO e

1. First of all, you need to head over to Motorola’s official website and follow the steps mentioned their to unlock the bootloader of your Moto E. This will void the warranty of your device though.

Downloading the required files

2. Download all the files linked below.

• ADB/Fastboot for Windows
• ADB/Fastboot for Mac
• TWRP recovery for Moto E
• SuperSu ZIP file

Extract the ADB and Fastboot files inside a new folder calledmoto on your desktop. Also, transfer the SuperSu ZIP file to the internal storage of your Moto E. Lastly, transfer the TWRP image file inside the moto folder and rename it to “motoe.img”.

Flashing a custom recovery

3. Before you can gain root access, you will need to install a custom recovery on the Moto E. To do this, boot the handset in bootloader mode by switching it off first, and then pressing the Volume down + Power button, simultaneously.

4. On your PC, open a new Command prompt or Terminal instance and navigate to the moto folder created in Step 2. You can use the cd foldername command to navigate to it.

5. Connect the Moto E to to your PC and enter the following command:

fastboot devices

Mac owners, make sure to prefix a “./”  before every command.

If all the drivers were properly installed, your Moto E should be detected and fastboot will return the serial ID of your device.

6. Now, flash the TWRP recovery on the handset by using the command below:

fastboot flash recovery motoe.img

Once the recovery image has been flashed successfully, reboot your device either manually or by using the fastboot rebootcommand.

Rooting the device

Once your handset has booted into Android, you will need to reboot it into Recovery mode. You can do this by switching it off first, then holding down the Volume down + Power button for a few seconds.

Once you boot into TWRP recovery, tap on Install and select the SuperSU ZIP file that you had transferred in Step 1. The installation should hardly take a few seconds, after which which you need to boot into Android by tapping the ‘Reboot system’ option.

Congrats! You have successfully managed to root your brand new Moto E

How to Root Moto G dual sim [indian version] which is updated to 4.4.2 ?

There are are three simple steps only

1. UNLOCK BOOTLOADER

2. FLASH CUSTOM RECOVERY [I USED CWM]

3. FLASH SUPERSU

DONE 

Yeah ...you don't need to downgrade your bootloader which is very risky 

Procedure

1. UNLOCKING BOOTLOADER :- i thinks its already explained well at different sites and motorola's site also [ i used this guide Moto-g-unlock-bootloader-and-root only for unlocking]

2. FLASHING RECOVERY-

You need 3 things
(a) motorola usb drivers [download from here ]
(b) adb drivers (download from here ]
(c) Custom recovery (download from here ] i used cwm without touch

Real procedure:-

1. install motorola usb drivers
2. extract adb drivers anywhere in your computer
3. copy recovery.img [i renamed it to only recovery] into adb tools folder
4. boot your phone into fastboot mode by pressing volume down key and pressing power key simultaneously , and then releasing power key .
5. connect your moto g to your computer through data cable
6. go into adb tools folder => while pressing shift key => right click => and click open cmd here !
7. type [fastboot flash recovery recovery.img] and press enter

DONE  just press volume down and then volume up to boot into cwm

3. FLASHING SUPER SU

1. DOWNLOAD THIS FILE FROM HERE
2. PUT IT IN INTERNAL MEMORY

PROCEDURE => IN CWM =>INSTALL FROM SD CARD => CHOOSE SUPER SU => RESTART

DONE ! 

EDIT: THINGS TO IGNORE

1. 'Mismatched partition size' AFTER FLASHING RECOVERY
2. It will ask 'root is broken' WHEN REBOOTING FROM CWM. CHOOSE YES

Some other guy found this new way I just updated this thread . 

Instruction:
1. Download the rooting application. (This app
can root many other devices )

2. Install the app. This is a Chinese app so I will
guide you. 

3. Start VROOT and root now!

4. Now we need to install SuperSU from play
store to replace the Chinese root manager called
授权管理 1.0.4.

5. Go to play store and install SuperSU.
6. Start SuperSU and you will be asked for
permission by 授权管理 1.0.4, choose 允许
(means allow). (Should be the right side option.)

7. SuperSU will prompt to install SU binary, go
ahead with OK and it will display successful.

8. Now, freeze 授权管理 1.0.4 in titanium
backup, just in case you need it again.
Note: If you uninstall straight away from app
manager, you need to make sure SuperSU
updated the binary.

9. Re-run SuperSU to make sure everything is
alright. You will be prompt again to install SU
binary, just do what it asked.

10. After that, you are rooted with SuperSU and
